LRL Education Leadership Team

The LRL Leadership team boast over 40 years experience working with children and young people in the education and care sector. Adam has more than 15 years in secondary education as a maths teacher including over 10 years of leadership experience, most recently working as an Assistant Headteacher in a large school in Oldham. Michael has 20 years experience working within the care sector, supporting looked after children and those SEN/D and disabilities. Meanwhile, Jenny has held multiple positions from mentor to pastoral care leader to UQT in mainstream secondary education. Also, Jenny is currently working towards a Level 5 Counselling qualification to support her work for LRL Education. Additionally, we are supported in our work by a team of learning and wellbeing mentors. Our experience, as well as that of our team, ensures that we offer a high-quality education provision to those that need it most
