Our team

Young people notice quickly whether adults are consistent, skilled and trustworthy.

Our staff need to do more than deliver a lesson. They must teach well, build appropriate relationships, notice risk, follow through on concerns and adapt without lowering expectations for pupils whose previous experience of education has been difficult.

People

A small team should make responsibility easier to see.

We make roles clear so pupils, families, schools and commissioners know who leads the provision, who holds safeguarding responsibility and who is accountable for delivery.

Leadership and safeguarding

Clear leadership and clear safeguarding oversight matter. These are the people who hold overall responsibility for the quality, safety and day-to-day running of the provision.

Talk to the team

Want to know who would be responsible for a placement?

Before provision begins, we can confirm the operational lead, safeguarding oversight, staffing model and, for tuition, how the tutor has been matched to the learner.

SEND & attendance
Support for young people whose additional needs and attendance difficulties are closely connected.

Many of the young people we support have SEND alongside EBSA, persistent absence or severe absence. We consider both: what is making education difficult to access, and what will help the young person take part and keep taking part.
